In early 2021, we partnered with Fernco, a local manufacturing company, to create an employment program for our adult members that provides job preparation, training, and support. Since the inception of this partnership, we have employed 23 young adults with autism! Fernco is currently on a hiring freeze and is not accepting new applicants.
