"The opportunity to receive a job and work at Fernco has not only been an absolutely tremendous honor and privilege, but it's one that came at the perfect time. I contribute whatever success I have had over the years to my various support systems, namely my family, my friends, various social workers, and my former teachers. It was a loss of most of these during the pandemic that caused a shattering of my self-confidence and my ability to move forward in life. However, ever since I found this company and a steady job along with it, I have been able to take my life back and retrieve the one thing I was always scared I was going to lose, my stability.
